Almost indestructible - fine woven alpaca in good condition have recently been discovered in Peruvian ruins dating back 2500 years. Healthy and comfortable to wear - no lanolin or other oils in the fleece Hypoallergenic Alpaca fiber has a hollow fiber core - creating superior warmth with little weight.
Fiber sorting employs dozens of women highly skilled in quality control and tactile recognition of fiber fineness. The fiber is spun in a Skal inspected mill under direct supervision.
